Recently, a research team from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs conducted a special field study in Siping City, Jilin Province, focusing on the commercialization of agricultural machinery technologies and their dissemination. On September 11, Liu Li and Gao Xiliang, two colleagues from Shunbang Agricultural Machinery’s after-sales service department, encountered a sudden vehicle fire while on duty. Acting decisively and employing sound rescue techniques, they demonstrated the responsibility and commitment of Shunbang employees, earning the company widespread public recognition.
To effectively safeguard employees’ physical health and safety, enhance workplace health‑protection awareness across the workforce, and standardize corporate occupational health management processes, Shunbang Agricultural Machinery organized a special training session for all staff on September 12, themed “Caring for Workers’ Mental Health and Preventing Occupational Diseases.” The session featured a seasoned occupational health expert from the Municipal Health Commission, who provided a comprehensive overview of key occupational health principles, laying a solid foundation for the company to establish a robust occupational health management system.
At around 8:00 a.m. on September 10, the supervisory team of China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, accompanied by relevant leaders from the Siping Municipal Party Committee, visited Shunbang Agricultural Machinery in Siping City to conduct a field inspection. Following an overview provided by Wei Zhuoxun, General Manager of Shunbang Agricultural Machinery, the delegation gained a thorough understanding of the company’s development trajectory and the challenges it faced in its early stages, while commending the significant achievements it has attained at this juncture. The team also expressed recognition for Shunbang’s original vision of leveraging the straw‑based economy as a means to “recover the other half that agriculture had lost.”
Focus on the Changchun Agricultural Expo | Shunbang Agricultural Machinery Unveils Its Big Move
The 24th China Changchun International Agricultural and Food Expo (Trade Fair) will be held from August 15 to 24 at the Changchun Agricultural Expo Park. Centered on advancing modern large-scale agriculture, the event is themed “Science-and-Technology‑Driven Agriculture, Green Agriculture, Quality‑Oriented Agriculture, and Brand‑Building Agriculture,” and aims to establish a platform for enterprises to connect production with sales.
To further strengthen the team of process engineers and enhance the professional expertise and hands-on skills of personnel in core technical roles, Shunbang Agricultural Machinery organized a process engineer examination on August 5. As an integral part of the company’s talent-development system, this assessment aims to foster learning and practical proficiency through testing, thereby providing a solid talent foundation for the high-quality production of the company’s agricultural machinery products.
Recently, Wang Xiangmin, Secretary of the CPC Siping Municipal Committee, together with leaders from relevant departments, conducted an on-site inspection of Shunbang Agricultural Machinery’s new plant site to review the progress of the Smart Shunbang Agricultural Machinery Production and Manufacturing Base project.
