PFM2025 International Plant Fiber Molding Industry Exhibition
The IPFM International Plant Fiber Molding Industry Exhibition is the world’s first trade show dedicated to pulp molding. First held in 2023, the exhibition focuses on intelligent lean manufacturing of plant fiber molding, innovation in raw and auxiliary materials, and innovative design applications for finished products. It covers six major specialized modules, including pulping systems, molding equipment, and post-processing technologies. This year, IPFM 2025 was grandly held from October 30 to November 1 at the Foshan Tanzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center—the No. 1 venue for industrial exhibitions in China. Under the global ban on plastics and China’s dual-carbon policy, the exhibition accelerates the upgrading of industry processing and manufacturing, actively explores business opportunities on the consumer end, and opens up a golden pathway for high-quality development in the industry.

Building on our high-quality finished forage and fermented straw-based feed, Shunbang has now mastered the technology for extracting straw fibers: through a combined mechanical-biological process, we efficiently separate the natural fibers from straw, which can be used in fields such as papermaking, packaging, and composite materials. The extraction process produces zero emissions and achieves “four no’s and four savings” (no chemical additives, no pollution, no odors, no suspended solids; saving water, electricity, coal, and raw materials). This approach meets environmental standards and enables the green, circular utilization of agricultural waste.
Furthermore, fully biodegradable and environmentally friendly packaging materials produced from straw fibers can replace conventional plastic products. Featuring high strength and natural biodegradability, these materials are suitable for applications such as food packaging and logistics transportation, thereby contributing to the achievement of the “dual-carbon” goals.
