It can handle a variety of agricultural residues, including corn stover, wheat straw, and peanut vines, performing continuous operations such as picking up, de‑soiling, rubbing, conveying, and collecting—whether the residue is left standing in the field, manually harvested, or crushed after mechanical harvesting—thus enabling multi‑purpose functionality in a single machine.
Four-stage dust and soil removal ensures thorough separation of straw from impurities. The first pass picks up and crushes the material, while the second pass kneads and strands it, resulting in a high degree of feed‑grade processing. The product exhibits excellent strand‑forming performance, with no coarse stems or stubby ends, and can be fed directly to cattle and sheep.
The pickup’s flail shaft employs a flail‑type picking and crushing method. The flails are equipped with wind shields and alloy wear‑resistant coatings, enhancing picking efficiency and delivering superior performance.
