Open the right door and follow the "Strapping Process Method" or the schematic diagram of the strap wearing indicated in the instruction manual to properly wear the strap.

3. There are foreign objects in the upper and lower extensions.

The packaging machine is used for a long time, and it is not cleaned and maintained in time, resulting in the accumulation of stolen goods in the machine, so that the delivery belt is not smooth and free, and more cleaning and maintenance should be done.

4. The feed roller clearance is incorrect.

The size of the gap between the feeding rollers of a pair of semi-automatic packers is very important for normal feeding, and the adjustment of the gap is described in the manual. Adjust carefully until the gap between the feeding rollers is only 0.05~1mm more than the thickness of the belt.

5. The selected PP tape is too thick or too thin.

Because there are many PP packaging belt manufacturers and the thickness is also inconsistent, it should be selected according to the requirements; If it is not possible, carefully adjust the gap between the rollers for the return according to the instructions in the instructions.

6. The electromagnet is not working properly.

The electromagnet does not work. First, check whether the electromagnet connection welding head has fallen off, and then check whether the coil is burned out. If there is no abnormality in either, check whether the electromagnet is displaced, or blocked by stolen goods, so that the bullet cannot move freely.

Two. Balers do not return belts.

1. There are foreign objects in the upper and lower extensions.

There is a foreign object in the upper and lower extensions or the grub screw that holds the guide strip is loose, and the packing belt is stuck. Remove the upper extension to remove foreign objects.

2. Crossbar 635 bearing rupture.

Improper adjustment of the balance position of the crossbar can easily cause the crossbar to break. The instruction manual should be properly adjusted in place.

3. Improper retraction clearance.

Since the retract roller has the function of tightening the belt, when adjusting the gap of the introductory belt roller, the retract roller should be the mainstay, and the retract roller gap should be adjusted to 0.05 to 0.1mm more than the thickness of the belt
