(Summary description) Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the sales of regional agricultural machinery and plant protection service market development, responsible for the development, construction, maintenance and management of regional first-level dealers and second-level dealers, formulate sales strategies, business development plans, and complete the business goals, budgets and monthly rolling plans and capital plans issued by the company; 2. Responsible for the development and maintenance of regional customer relations, discovering new customers, organizing the implementation of sales strategies, and completing the market share and business goals of the responsible region; 3. Responsible for regional agricultural machinery subsidies, government plant protection project bidding, new agricultural machinery subsidies, new science and technology enterprise subsidies, precision agriculture projects, local promotion demonstration projects, etc.; 4. Establish smooth customer communication channels, be responsible for customer business negotiation and order execution, implement payment collection rate, and create long-term, good and stable regional customer relationships; 5. According to the long-term development needs of the company, organize and carry out sales team building, and be responsible for team business target performance management; Qualifications: 1. College degree or above, marketing, mechanical and electrical, business management and other related majors are preferred; 2. More than 3 years of agricultural machinery; 3. Familiar with the business of relevant government functional departments such as agricultural machinery, agricultural materials, agricultural committee, extension station, appraisal station, etc., and have relevant business relationships; 4. Familiar with agricultural machinery related industry exhibitions and promotion meetings; 5. Have a mature sales channel system and high-quality distributor and partner resources; 6. Integrity, kindness, diligence, intelligence, good work self-discipline and teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility and pressure resistance, excellent interpersonal skills and coordination skills, can be independently responsible for regional market work, with strong problem-solving skills;
