In order to reduce the failure of the baler operation due to improper adjustment in the user's application, we will analyze the correct adjustment method in the application of the baler as follows, hoping to help the user.

First, the baler requirements

The extension machine should be operated at an additional power take-off shaft speed when working with the baler, so that the baler can operate at the optimal speed. If the power output speed of the extension machine is high, when using the high speed power output, it is necessary to adjust and control the engine speed of the extension machine, that is, after reducing the engine speed, to ensure that the power transmission speed is not greater than the input speed required by the baler, and prevent the damage of the baler due to the high power output speed. The engine speed to be ensured during the baling operation can be calculated by the following formula: the operating speed of the extended machine engine = the additional speed of the extended engine / the additional speed of the power take-off shaft * 540
The transmission system of the baler in order to reduce the shock load in the use of the baler, it is best to combine the power take-off shaft when the engine is idling, and slowly increase the throttle to achieve the operating speed, and at the same time, combine the upper clutch and start to travel on the ground.

Second, the operation time extension machine travel speed and rear output speed control requirements During the baling operation, the throttle and travel gear are generally used to control the speed and travel speed of
the power take-off shaft of the extension machine. When working on a large and thick grass strip, the speed of the extension machine should be appropriately reduced under the condition of ensuring that the speed of the power take-off shaft is maintained at normal; When working on narrow and sparse grass strips, the travel speed of the extension machine should be increased, and the speed of the power take-off shaft should be appropriately reduced.

Third, the correct equipment application of the transmission shaft When
connecting the transmission shaft, apply lubricating oil to the surface of the spline hole of the transmission shaft joint fork, and then connect the spline hole with the spline shaft of the power take-off shaft. The locking pin of the propeller shaft must be embedded in the annular groove of the power take-off splined shaft to ensure that the propeller shaft locking is firm and reliable. Otherwise, the spline sleeve of the transmission shaft knuckle fork will be thrown out during the operation, resulting in a serious accident. When connecting the propeller shaft, be sure to carefully read the precautions label on the propeller shaft guard.

Fourth, the height adjustment method and requirements
of the picker Usually the height of the tooth end of the picker is adjusted to 50mm is more appropriate, and the general principle of adjustment is to ensure that the grass strips are picked up cleanly, and the height of the tooth may be adjusted higher. Because it is adjusted too low, the tooth will frequently scrape the ground, resulting in rapid wear or cracking of the tooth, and even damage the picker in severe cases. After conditioning, the length of the tie rod shown in the right figure can be adjusted to adjust the height of the picker, and it can also be adjusted by lifting or lowering the traction plate of the hoisting machine.

V. Chopper height adjustment and hammer claw replacement requirements
Under normal circumstances, the height of the ground at the end of the chopper knife should be adjusted to 70~100mm, and the general principle of adjustment is to ensure that the straw is picked up and clean, and the height of the knife may be adjusted higher. If it is adjusted too low, the knife will scrape to the ground, forming rapid wear or damage of the knife, increasing the load of the chopper, destroying the balance of the knife roll, and may cause damage to the chopper in severe cases.
There is a height conditioning equipment in front of the chopper, and the length of the height conditioning equipment can be adjusted to complete the fine-tuning of the chopper level. The height of the chopper is mainly adjusted by adjusting the height of the traction plate of the extension machine.
